2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear requirements, necessary data access, and prompt feedback to ensure the successful delivery of services. Clients must ensure they have the necessary rights and authorizations to share datasets with Maurvi AI for the agreed-upon project purposes.

3. Confidentiality and Data Handling

Client information, datasets, project instructions, and business information are treated as confidential. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) can be executed for client engagements where required. We apply controlled data-handling practices appropriate to the scope and requirements of each engagement.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract, the deliverables created specifically for a client as part of an engagement will become the property of the client upon full payment of all associated fees. Maurvi AI retains all rights, title, and interest in our pre-existing intellectual property, tools, methodologies, and internal processes.

5. Website Usage

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.

6. Limitation of Liability
